How do I pay? / Do you take a deposit / booking fee?


We take a non-refundable deposit of £10 fee for every hire, which secures the booking. This is done by Jump & Bounce Northumberland emailing you a deposit invoice with our bank details and unique reference number, so we can identify you at the bank. Deposits must be paid with 24 hours as your date can not be guaranteed to be secure in our Diary. Deposits can be paid in person at a venue or garden check The remaining balance can be made at any time via online banking using the unique reference number. Please advise us if you wish to do this or by cash on delivery and set up of your hire items. We do take card payments as well and there is no charge for doing this.


When do you deliver / collect?


We deliver anytime throughout the day and also collections can be done throughout the day depending on what services are hired in differen locations. Exact delivery and collections times depend on what is out on that day. We endeavour to text, ring or Facebook message you the evening before your hire date to double check everything so delivery runs smooth as possible. We arrive at your venue around 30 minutes prior to your party to setup the castle sometimes we need longer to setup depending on what service you hire as party packages, Rapid Attack etc take longer to setup.


How long is a hire for?


The hire of our Bouncy Castles are as long as your party is so if your party is 2 hours then you have the castle for 2 hours or if your party is longer that is fine just let us know your party times when booking.


What happens if it rains ?

Our Bouncy Castles are fitted with shower proof roofs but due to Health and Safety laws which we take extremely serious. In the likelihood of the weather been unsuitable i.e. persistant rain and showers throughout the day or wind speeds in the excess of 22mph including gusts. We regret we would have to cancel the castle hire but we do give you as much notice as possible. Any deposits paid can be transferred to another date as long as that date is free. Please note if the castle is setup outside and during the hire the weather becomes unsuitable and the castle has to be collected we do not offer refunds of any payments made to us.
